Frequently Asked Questions
When does Soul Energetics® start and how many places are there?
The maximum capacity is 22. The course will be a Certified Accreditation which will be awarded to all practitioners on successful completion of their exams. The next cohort start on the 13th February 2025, enrollment is strictly once per annum.
The exam, accreditation, and practitioner benefits. How does this work, is it essential and is there an ongoing fee?
There is a Soul Energetics® examination at the end of the 18 modules. To qualify as a Soul Energetics® Practitioner, you will need to pass this exam. However, it is not essential if you want to take this course purely for self-discovery and personal development only.
To become a licensed practitioner, and receive the practitioners' toolkit and access to alumni, you will be required to pass your final exam which is being taken at the end of July.
There is a nominal annual fee of *£333 to license you and pay for your practitioner's lifetime benefits, such as updates to the course, the alumni community, which includes monthly mentoring and other incredible practitioner benefits. *fees may alter (if required), but with appropriate notice and consideration.
How are the sessions delivered and saved?
All one-to-one, or group mentoring sessions are Live via ZOOM. Thursday evenings from 19:30gmt. They will be stored on our members-only portal, where you can catch up in your own time (It's your responsibility to do so). You will have access to this training portal area to also ensure all self-study modules are completed.
I live outside UK. What times are the sessions being scheduled?
I'm based in the UK, so all times will be scheduled at GMT/BST. However, Soul Energetics® is a course aimed towards a Global Audience. Live trainings will be every Thursday at 19:30gmt. The self-study modules can be completed anytime. The one-to-ones will be booked to accommodate my clients' timelines.
What are the payment options. Can I pay by installments?
Absolutely. To make my work more accessible, you can pay in advance (which gives you access to the best available prices), or for your convenience, by split payments of either 9, 12 or 18 months. Strict terms and conditions apply to ensure full payment is met.
Please note - Split payments are not a subscription. Either option is a payment plan, and you must ensure that when you enroll and sign your digital contract (which will be forwarded to you, following placement of your order), you are able to fulfil the agreement each month. It will be a legally binding contract, so please make sure the payments are affordable.
Do you have a refund policy?
Client refund requests are dealt with appropriately, clearly and efficiently.
The terms and conditions include a standard 14 day cooling off period. If you change your mind before the end of the 14 days and serve notice, you will receive a full refund, minus any transactional fees that have already been deducted by our payment provider. This is to protect your consumer rights and give you consideration time when entering into any agreements.
If you are utilising the split payment option, and for whatever reason, stop paying during the agreement term, your access to the Soul Energetics® training portal and Facebook community will be on hold, until you are up-to-date with your payments.
Any outstanding payments not met on time will be followed up kindly, and if not resolved appropriately, may be forwarded to a third party for their consideration.
